   We are located on a nicely landscaped 2 acre lot in downtown Sanford, Maine, the geographical center of New England. Drive fourteen miles to the ocean, one hour to the White Mountains, a few minutes to several "Class A" lakes, or 32 miles to Portland, we are convenient to everything. Or check in, park your car and walk to restaurants, shopping, and whatever else you're interested in, we're in the heart of town. Directions

From the Maine Turnpike (95) north bound, take Exit 19 (Wells/Sanford), and turn right onto Rt 109 heading north at the signal. Continue on Rt 109 for about 12 miles, Rt 109 is Main St. in Sanford. We are 1000 ft. beyond MacDonalds on the left side of the street. Click the local map thumbnail and find the arrow pointing to Rt 4 and 109 above W. Elm St. We are the third house on the left beyond W. Elm St.

   From the Maine Turnpike heading south, take exit 32 Biddeford, turn right onto Rt. 111 heading west toward Sanford for about 12 miles to the end at Rt. 202 in Alfred. Go straight through the light continuing onto Rt. 202 for about 4 miles to downtown. On your left is a 7/11, turn left there heading south onto Rt. 109 and Main St., go through the next light, you'll see a Dunkin Donuts on your right and the Oakwood Inn & Motel is another 300 ft. on your right.
